Export procedures.
There are many species and hybrids to choose from in our price list. We will send a quotation of your order, to confirm the quantities desired, specifying the value of plants, a discount (applied to orders over $1,000), shipping cost, Cites and phytosanitary certificates charges ($75) and a small packing and transport charge.
Customers must be aware of their country’s import regulations (phyto and Cites certificates are usually required) and inform us about any additional quarantine requirement (some countries require a specific pest free declaration in the phytosanitary). We can help in the import and export procedures, since we have shipped abroad to many countries for a long time.
The total value of plants and other charges must be paid in advance before shipping plants. A wire transfer from your bank to our bank account in Panama is usually preferred. Western Union transfers or mailing an international money order is also possible. Pay pal or mailing a check to a US address we can provide are options for US customers only. We email payment information for wire transfers and other options, once your order is confirmed.
